Project “NMT Practice”

Project “NMT Rehearsal” is an annual project that has been taking place since 2017, twice a year. The main idea behind the project is to organize an online quiz for students from all boarding schools in the Ternopil region. In the fall, the quiz is held for grades 6 to 9, and in the spring for grades 10 and 11.

There are three prize places in each grade.

The winners are determined based on two criteria:
1. Number of correct answers
2. Speed of answers

The prize fund includes smartphones for the first places and other prizes for the second and third places. The gifts are delivered by volunteers from the “Bratrstvo syrit Ukrayiny” NGO to the winners’ schools and presented to them personally. The boarding school with the most winners receives a disco party and treats.

One example of the project’s implementation was in the Grymaylivska Boarding School, which we visited in May and November 2019.
